The cutlery is comfortable to hold with its well-rounded edges and the relatively wide handle provides a good grip. Maya has been awarded the "Good Design prize" & "Classic Award for Good Design" from the Norwegian Design Council. Maya is included among the best designs in the world catalogued by Phaidon's "Design Classics" book and it is exhibited in some of the most well-known museums around the world, such as the MoMA in New York and The Victoria and Albert Museum in London."
